Handing over a large PowerPoint deck with a plan from a consultant would be a disservice to the company. It is about the discussion and context from an objective and outside-in perspective that helps the people running the business make their own conclusions of what is right.
For specialized areas of focus or specific topics like talent acquisition and compensation plans , hourly or daily engagements can be provided via Skype or on-site.
Early stage companies are provided a monthly retainer service to provide valuable expertise and insights they typically cannot afford. This service is limited to three companies concurrently.
