- Revenue growth YoY of over 150% to $36MM ARR with reducing cost of new sales for direct channel by 44% and cost of new sales broker channel by 28% in addition to lowering cost of loan processing by 19% and cost of underwriting by 23% at LendingHome. LendingHome is the fastest growing marketplace lender to reach $2 billion in mortgages and made Forbes Top 50 FinTech Companies in the world.
- Increase new gross new monthly recurring revenue by over 88% YOY with reducing sales and marketing expenses by 41% and company going from $60 million burn in prior year to break even in 12 months at IO. IO was acquired for $1.4 billion by Iron Mountain.
- $105 million YOY growth in sales to $600 million while increasing net profit margin by 250% at GoDaddy (NYSE: GDDY). This included increasing revenue per employee by 31% in first five months and growing outbound sales revenue by 56% with 15% reduction in staffing.
- Lowered cost of acquisition by 65%, improved margin by 54% and achieved 95% local merchant retention at HomeRun.com. Team had highest performing merchants of any other daily deal companies with Facebook, Amazon and Google. Team outperformed partner sales organizations of AMEX, CHASE and DexYP by over 50%. HomeRun was acquired by Rearden Commerce.
- Launched a national sales center, hired 107 new employees in five months and improved 15 year historic sales role performance by 47% with a 29% lower cost of sale and 8% higher pricing during the recession of 2009 at Mobile Mini (NASDAQ: MINI).
- Grew sales 101% YOY, lowered cost of sales from 57% to 15% and company went from $10 million annual burn rate to cash flow positive in seven months at Homestead Technologies. Homestead Technologies was acquired by Intuit.
